Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
Handle customer concerns and special requests promptly and professionally
Oversee daily restaurant operations and anticipate potential issues
Enforce Dave's Hot Chicken standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
Supervise, train, and motivate team members during your shift
Support staffing, scheduling, and labor cost controls
Open and close the restaurant as needed
Travel to support new restaurant openings when necessary
Create a friendly, team-oriented work environment for both staff and customers
Maintain all food and cash control procedures

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid Food Handler's Permit
Completion of Dave's Hot Chicken team member and shift manager training programs
Proven leadership skills and the ability to train and manage teams
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Must be service-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to perform basic math operations (cash handling)
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in extreme temperatures
