Shift Manager role at the Birmingham Cash Centre, ensuring efficient branch operation, team motivation, and excellent customer service delivery within the cash and valuables security sector.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the branch runs efficiently
Motivate and support the team
Ensure best service delivery for customers
Manage day-to-day operational performance
Plan and control the operation to deliver outstanding service, operational excellence and exceed financial targets
Champion the 'Customer First' approach through product knowledge and understanding of Loomis solutions
Appreciate customer requirements and quality standards
Be available for out of hours alarm response on a varying roster basis as a key holder
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar level
Strong leadership skills
Confident communicator
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Exceptional customer and commercial focus
Ability to continuously review performance and professionally deliver customer satisfaction
Prior experience of direct customer management and liaison
Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills
Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
Must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
