Shift Manager

• Day-to-day management of the Branch Operations
• Overseeing a team of Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives ensuring deliveries, collections & storage activities are made safely, cost-effectively and in accordance with customer service agreements
• Champion our 'Customer First' approach through product knowledge & understanding of the range of Loomis solutions, appreciating customer requirements and quality standards
• Working flexibly and, as key holder, expected to be available for out of hours alarm response on a roster basis

• Previous experience as a Shift Manager (or similar level) with strong leadership skills
• Confident communicators
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Exceptional customer and commercial focus
• Ability to continuously review performance and professionally deliver customer satisfaction
• Prior experience of direct customer management and liaison is essential
• Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills
• Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
• Must have verifiable 10-year employment/unemployment/educational history
• An SIA licence would be beneficial (but not essential, as we can support you in attaining one)
