Requirements

Experience in route planning and shift management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Good geographical knowledge of London for route planning
Fleet management experience, including defect resolution and maintenance coordination

Job Responsibility

Lead your shift and manage up to 50 drivers, ensuring compliance, conduct, and performance standards are met
Ensure all scheduled jobs are completed, rescheduling work as needed and resolving any issues that arise
Conduct driver debriefs at the end of AM routes and start of PM routes, addressing issues such as contamination, overweight bins, and overfilled sacks
Respond to real-time customer queries and CRM/ERP actions
Handle minor disciplinary matters and conduct 'Return to Work' meetings
Support managers with ad hoc duties and holiday cover
