Shift Manager to work in Restaurants & Quick Service Restaurants across the resort. This is an operational guest facing role covering a 5-day working week over 7 days. This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled
Ensuring relevant tasks and objectives are carried out by the team
Ensuring team are in the right place at the right time to manage fluctuating guest demand
Keeping operational standards and guest experience high
Supporting and coaching the team to deliver a great experience
Driving key targets such as add on sales or promotions
Requirements:
Experience in leading within an F&B environment
Experience in training and coaching a team
Previous experience in leading within a busy restaurant, bar or retail environment
Confident to direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistent brand standards
Ability to lead, motivate and engage a team at periods of high demand
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements
