Shift Maintenance Engineer

Based in Nuneaton, our production site is home to a fast-paced, high-spec manufacturing environment where teamwork, innovation, and quality are at the heart of everything we do. An integral role within the engineering team, in this position you will play a key role in the overall improvement and optimisation of the factory. Maintaining the equipment with due care and attention at all times ensuring all malfunctions are reported appropriately. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be a vital member of the on-site engineering team, ensuring the continued efficient running of production equipment and services. Working on a continental shift pattern (4 on, 4 off), you’ll support both proactive and reactive maintenance activities to minimise downtime, enhance performance, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
