We’re looking for a Shift Leader who knows how to lead with heart, energy, and a sprinkle of fun. In this role, you’ll help bring the energy to every shift, support your team when things get busy, and make sure every Guest leaves with a smile. You’ll be the one turning great food, great vibes, and great teamwork into moments people remember.

Job Responsibility

Creating great Guest experiences– You make every Guest feel welcome, valued, and taken care of. You react quickly, build authentic connections and ensure the service always feels warm and upbeat
Leading the team to daily success – You run the shift in line with internal procedures and health & safety standards. You bring positive energy, motivate and guide your team through daily operations
Ensuring smooth operations - You keep the restaurant runnig efficiently by applying operational standards and ensuring full compliance with safety and financial rules
Providing the highest quality – You care about the details that make a great pizza moment: fresh products, working equipment, and well-managed stock – to delight our Guests with iconic dishes

Requirements

Experience in managing change or leading small projects will be a strong plus - but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll gladly help you build it
A team-first mindset - you’re all about lifting others up and winning together
Passion for creating the best Guest experiences and developing a high-performing team
Motivation to grow, develop new skills, and take on more responsibility over time
