Job Responsibility:
Responsible for shift management, three-shift work schedule
Management and supervision of subordinate employees
Efficient coordination of shift work, supervision of work processes
Managing production during your shift, ensuring that work instructions are followed and enforced
Compliance with and enforcement of work and fire safety instructions
Capacity planning (staff, operating materials)
Contingency planning in case of staff absences
Monitoring order and cleanliness (5S)
Monitoring and managing operational performance indicators
Inventory administration
Maintaining ongoing customer relations
Conducting discussions with employees in the event of disciplinary issues in order to reach decision agreements
Assisting and supporting the plant manager in the planning process
Requirements:
Minimum secondary education
Intermediate level of English language skills with good communication skills
Leadership skills and experience
High level of independence, decisiveness
Precision, accuracy, good problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Confident computer skills – on user level
Category B driving licence
Willingness to work multiple shifts
