Shift Leader

• Managing the day-to-day running of services
• Participating in hands-on support, including personal care, medication administration, and household tasks
• Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure consistent and effective service coverage
• Providing staff supervision, observation, and ongoing performance management
• Completing audits and ensuring all service documentation is accurate and compliant
• Developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments
• Reporting and recording accidents and incidents accurately
• Liaising with families, local authorities, and health professionals to ensure effective partnership working

• Must have a SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification)
• An enhanced Adult PVG Is Required for this role

A driver is preferred for this role

• A minimum of 28-days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
