Job Responsibility:
Managing the day-to-day running of services
Participating in hands-on support, including personal care, medication administration, and household tasks
Planning and managing staff rotas to ensure consistent and effective service coverage
Providing staff supervision, observation, and ongoing performance management
Completing audits and ensuring all service documentation is accurate and compliant
Developing and reviewing support plans and risk assessments
Reporting and recording accidents and incidents accurately
Liaising with families, local authorities, and health professionals to ensure effective partnership working
Requirements:
Experience in a similar support or supervisory role
Genuine passion for making a difference
Enhanced Adult PVG required
