Demonstrate the Baxter values through active leadership, leading by example and coaching the team to have the right mindset and behaviours, engagement, and ownership
Lead a team of between 20 and 30 operators across preparation, assembly, compounding and labelling within a cleanroom environment
Establish start/end of day processes to ensure procedural requirements are met and handovers are efficient
Ensure that all equipment is operated and maintained to deliver reliable and consistent operational demands, with zero backorders
Create a safe working environment with a focus on driving health, safety, and environmental improvements
Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP) to identify tangible and clear process improvements to align with unit objectives and share best practice across the business
