Job Description:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service team for the Hollandse Kust West VII windfarm Serviced from Den Helder. Based offshore on one of our service operation vessels (SOV), the Shift Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the windfarm from the vessel on a rotational basis. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations, maintenance, and team, development. You will work a 2 week on / 2 week off rotation, based at our Hollandse Kust West VII- Oranjewind offshore windfarm site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsibility for all offshore operations

  • Planning and execution of servicing and maintenance plans

  • Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the SOV
  • Daily, Weekly, and monthly performance reporting
  • Facilitate SOV technical focus, team meetings, and strategy deployment

  • Contingency planning for vessel operations

  • Promote and encourage a positive safety culture
