Job Responsibility

Facility Maintenance: Upkeep the building fabric inside and out to the highest standards, ensuring all works are executed discreetly to protect the guest environment
Reactive & Preventative Work: Address day-to-day maintenance requests promptly whilst executing scheduled machinery testing and servicing across hotel equipment
Fixtures & Fittings: Inspect, maintain, and restore all hotel fixtures to perfect working order, correcting any defects swiftly
Emergency Response: Provide a rapid, efficient response to emergency maintenance calls from all hotel departments
