Operate, monitor, and maintain hotel engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and water treatment systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and hotel departments. Carry out preventive maintenance tasks as per the maintenance schedule. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults during the shift. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations at all times. Record all maintenance activities, breakdowns, and corrective actions in the logbook/system. Coordinate with other engineering team members to ensure smooth shift handover. Supervise technicians and contractors on duty when required. Report major issues, safety hazards, or equipment failures to the Chief Engineer immediately. Support energy-saving initiatives and proper use of hotel resources.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance (hotel experience preferred)
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance
Familiarity with safety standards and emergency procedures
