Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering
At least 3 years' experience working within a commercial M&E environment
Strong technical knowledge of BMS, UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits
Eligible to obtain and maintain high-level security clearance
Must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence

Job Responsibility

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all M&E systems
Diagnose faults and restore critical services quickly and safely
Monitor and interpret Building Management Systems (BMS) to maintain optimal site performance
Supervise contractors and ensure all works comply with health & safety standards and permit-to-work processes
Support the operation of key systems including UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits

Job Responsibility
