Job Responsibility

Carry out overnight engineering duties with a primary focus on painting, decorating, and finishing work
Execute high‑quality painting tasks, including touch‑ups, full room refreshes, exterior paintwork, wallpapering, and decorative finishes
Perform general engineering duties such as minor repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, and responding to overnight guest or staff requests
Respond to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) issues as they arise, carrying out initial troubleshooting and addressing urgent concerns safely and efficiently
Ensure all paintwork and finishes meet Four Seasons luxury standards at all times
Maintain detailed records of completed work and report any larger maintenance needs to the Engineering leadership team
Work closely with other departments to ensure rooms and public areas remain in exceptional condition
Uphold all health, safety, and compliance requirements throughout the hotel
Support the smooth handover between day and night Engineering teams
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and stay aligned with departmental standards
