We are actively hiring a skilled Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role with an industry-leading FM service provider, managing prestigious flagship buildings in Central London. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance on a fixed shift rotation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform critical planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of essential building systems, including: Electrical Fault Finding
  • UPS and Distribution Boards
  • Generator & Fire/Emergency Light Testing
  • Chillers, Boilers, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs/FCUs

Requirements:

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience in building services maintenance (commercial office experience preferred)
