Job Responsibility

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Terminal Workers to meet shift goals
Oversee the accurate processing of packages for deliveries, returns, and locker restocking
Maintain a positive, productive, and safe working environment in the terminal
Quickly identify operational challenges and implement solutions
Collaborate with Terminal Managers and Logistics Team Leaders to optimize workflows
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team
Support drivers and other teams to ensure seamless delivery operations
