Shift/Charge Nurse – LVN/LPN

What you will do as an LPN/LVN: Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with mobility needs and daily living activities, including housekeeping, bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks; Assist in scheduling of caregivers and supervising of medication program; Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians; Solve problems and exhibit ethical behavior in partnership with community leaders and your team; Receive on-the-job training and have opportunities for career growth and advancement. Must be Licensed Vocational Nurse/ Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing. State-issued nurse license required.
