Job Description:

Ealing Council have an exciting new opportunity for a Sheltered Housing Officer available on a full time basis (Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm 35 Hours per week) in our Sheltered Housing Service. We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Sheltered Housing Officer to help vulnerable residents across Ealing maintain their tenancies and live more independently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build trusted relationships with tenants
  • Identify support needs through proactive visits
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate tailored support
  • Provide practical help and advice
  • Contribute to safeguarding
  • Make sure residents can access the services they need to thrive in their homes and communities
