Job Responsibility

Oversee the complete setup, calibration, and operation of the Heidelberg XL 106 (40") and/or the 6-color Man Roland (56") press
Interpret technical production orders, install plates and cylinders, and execute precise make-ready adjustments to ensure absolute registration
Maintain stringent color metrics by adjusting ink fountain levels, monitoring viscosity, and validating density targets
Continuously monitor high-speed production runs utilizing computerized control consoles to proactively identify and mitigate printing anomalies or defects
Execute routine and scheduled preventative maintenance protocols to maximize machinery longevity and operational uptime
Partner closely with press assistants and production planners to optimize throughput and meet rigorous delivery timelines
