Sheet Metal Worker

• Manufacture and assemble aircraft sheet metal components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
• Carry out forming, bending, drilling, countersinking, deburring and riveting of metallic and non-metallic components
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, work instructions and technical documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Part 21 Subpart G procedures and company quality requirements
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Work closely with the design team to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Follow all Health, Safety and SMS (Safety Management System) requirements within the facility
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker in an aerospace engineering environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and aerospace specifications
• Experience with aircraft structures, brackets, panels, racking or similar fabricated assemblies
• Knowledge of aerospace fasteners, riveting techniques and sheet metal forming
• Experience working within regulated aerospace quality systems (e.g., AS9100 or Part 21) is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
