Job Description

As Power Design expands into mechanical work, we’re seeking a Ductwork & Sheet Metal Foreman to take a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, high-performance projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our jobs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction — while leading a skilled crew in the field.

Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including managing materials, manpower, and workflow
  • Take ownership of enforcing and promoting high standards of quality, productivity, and safety
  • Leverage technology such as a company-issued iPad and smartphone to track progress, manage schedules, and exceed expectations
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier results on every project

Requirements

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Progressive Mechanical and HVAC leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
  • Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing the duct & sheet metal, running multimillion-dollar projects
  • Active journeyman or master license preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of the IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements
  • Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
