As Power Design expands into mechanical work, we’re seeking a Ductwork & Sheet Metal Foreman to take a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, high-performance projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our jobs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction — while leading a skilled crew in the field.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including managing materials, manpower, and workflow
Take ownership of enforcing and promoting high standards of quality, productivity, and safety
Leverage technology such as a company-issued iPad and smartphone to track progress, manage schedules, and exceed expectations
Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier results on every project
Requirements:
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Progressive Mechanical and HVAC leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path
Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing the duct & sheet metal, running multimillion-dollar projects
Active journeyman or master license preferred
Proficient knowledge of the IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements
Must have at least basic computer and writing skills
