Job Responsibility

Maintain work area and jobsites in a clean and orderly manner and performs miscellaneous and related duties as required
Coordinate repairs and inspections with Energy Management Operator for proper shutdown and start-up of air conditioning systems throughout campus. Assists in repairing various items made of sheet metal, laundry carts, benches, tables, etc. with assistance using metalsmith trade hand tools, such as power tools, hand break, power shear, and roller machine
