A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desirable

Job Responsibility

Develop and prepare testing documentation, including test strategies, plans, conditions, and cases, adhering to the Client System Delivery Methodology (SDM)
Execute testing across various System Readiness test phases: Systems Test, Systems Integration Test, Stress, Volume and Performance testing (SVP), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage defect resolution and release processes, including raising and monitoring defects
Generate comprehensive testing reports and statistics as required
Participate in formal reviews of key project artifacts (e.g., business and functional requirements) and conduct peer reviews of testing documentation
Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships within the agency, and, when necessary, lead or manage work teams
