Job Description

The SharePoint Support Engineer will be responsible for providing operational support for Consumer Banking Services systems, ensuring system availability and performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 3 years of experience in SharePoint and related technologies. The candidate will work closely with various teams to resolve issues and support application deployments. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide BAU support for Consumer Banking Services systems such as SharePoint, EA Tool and OCR systems
  • Provide operational support and ensure SLI of system availability, online and batch deliverables
  • Support diverse jurisdictions comprising of SG, MY and BOS
  • Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput
  • Planning and configuring SharePoint environments
  • Administering and maintaining SharePoint sites
  • Providing user support
  • Contribute to business requirement review for technical implementation as a subject matter expert
  • Conduct review of technical and functional solutions from enhancement/project team
  • Respond on time to the queries raised by various business units
  • Provide timely updates regarding production status and progress of issue resolution
  • Perform impact analysis of enhancements/projects
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercises
  • Provide on-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed
  • Have a quality mind-set with prevention attitude to attain zero defects
