Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain SharePoint Online to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support for system users
Implement enhancements to sites, libraries, and workflows to improve functionality
Create and deploy templates and light workflows to address specific business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Ensure system security by managing permissions and access controls
Perform regular system audits to maintain compliance and efficiency
Provide expertise and recommendations for SharePoint-related projects and upgrades
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience working with SharePoint Online
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and related technologies
Familiarity with Dell Technologies and Citrix Technologies
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
Experience with workflow creation and template development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
