Job Description

The SharePoint & Data Management Specialist provides enterprise-level data and collaboration support to the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Project Resident Office. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining structured data environments that enable efficient program execution, reporting, and decision-making. Operating within a complex shipbuilding and acquisition environment, the specialist manages large volumes of program data, documentation, and reporting requirements. The role ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with program needs by developing SharePoint solutions, automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools. This position directly supports program transparency, operational efficiency, and leadership decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights. The specialist collaborates with multiple stakeholders to support data calls, reporting requirements, and performance tracking, while maintaining data integrity and governance across systems.
