Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced SharePoint Content & Governance Manager to lead governance, training, and content strategies that define how WiseTech’s global teams use SharePoint and Microsoft 365. You’ll work within our Internal Content Team and partner with the SharePoint Information Systems team to create clear, engaging guidance and training materials that help employees work confidently and consistently across platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain SharePoint governance and training content, including documentation and interactive courses
  • Collaborate with SharePoint administrators and platform owners to capture accurate technical practices and translate them into clear user-facing content
  • Develop knowledge articles, templates, checklists, and FAQs to support site owners and content creators
  • Drive onboarding and training initiatives to help teams transition to Modern SharePoint and Microsoft 365
  • Ensure all content meets compliance, branding, and retention standards
  • Stay ahead of Microsoft updates and explore tools like Copilot to improve workflows and content delivery

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
  • Experience writing or managing internal-facing documentation, training materials, or knowledge articles
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for making complex information easy to understand

Nice to have:

Familiarity with content lifecycle, versioning, permissions, and metadata is a plus
