Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented SharePoint Content Coordinator to support ongoing campaign updates for a leading national brand. This is a part-time, freelance opportunity ideal for someone who can jump in as needed to upload content, add imagery, and maintain organized, user-friendly SharePoint pages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Upload and update content within SharePoint sites to support marketing campaigns
  • Add and format images, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Insert and manage links (internal/external) to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Maintain consistency and organization across SharePoint pages and libraries
  • Partner with marketing and internal teams to execute updates as campaigns go live

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working within Microsoft SharePoint (content updates, page management, libraries)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and formatting guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast, flexible, and on-demand environment
  • Basic understanding of digital content, imagery, and linking best practices
  • Ability to manage quick-turn updates with minimal oversight

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting marketing or campaign-based teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Basic HTML knowledge (for minor formatting adjustments)
