Job Description

Experienced Business Analyst with strong experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Work closely with business owners and end-users to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and deliver functional solutions using tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), and Power Automate.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with business owners and end-users to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications within the capabilities of SharePoint and Power Platform
  • Design and implement solution involving SharePoint content structures, site designs, permissions, workflows, and document libraries
  • Develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas) and automate workflows with Power Automate
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Guides, Test Cases, and Change Management documents
  • Create user stories as per business functional requirements for development team
  • Conduct technical analysis and provide high-level effort and cost estimations for proposed solutions

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SharePoint (Online/On-Premise) architecture, permissions, and content management features
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate
  • Good to have .Net background to understand legacy applications
  • Proven ability to map business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in technical documentation and business analysis best practices

Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint
  • Experience with Power BI, Dataverse, or integration with external data sources
  • Background in change management and user training
