Job Description

Robert Half Technology is seeking a SharePoint Administrator / SharePoint Site Specialist to support a large-scale SharePoint Online (M365) environment focused on usability, governance, training, and enterprise-wide site standardization. This role will support the development of SharePoint templates, improve site usability and design consistency, and help drive adoption across multiple departments in a highly collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and support SharePoint Online (M365) environments
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, templates, and backend settings
  • Build and improve user-friendly SharePoint sites using modern SharePoint features and out-of-the-box functionality
  • Develop standardized templates and toolkits for organization-wide use
  • Partner with departments to identify SharePoint strategies and usability improvements
  • Provide guidance and support around SharePoint security best practices and governance
  • Support city-wide SharePoint deployments and adoption initiatives
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and answer ongoing SharePoint-related questions
  • Assist with documentation, process improvements, and user enablement efforts
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve overall SharePoint experience

Requirements

  • Experience administering SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint configuration and backend administration
