Job Description

We are seeking a Shared Services Lead based in Melbourne to support our Victoria and South Australia offices. This role is responsible for leading and managing the Shared Services team in Melbourne and Adelaide. As a key office management and administration function, the Shared Services team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our workplaces. Shared Services is the first point of contact for staff and visitors, delivering a professional, welcoming and supportive experience. The team is known for its proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to creating a positive and engaging office environment. This includes coordinating in office events that enhance workplace culture, as well as supporting other business lines with meetings, events and general operational needs. The Shared Services Lead will oversee the delivery of high quality administrative and office management services, fostering an efficient, safe and well organised work environment. The role also works closely with other functional support teams, including Finance, HSSE, Human Resources and IT to provide integrated support and assist these teams when required. In addition, the role partners with peers across Australia to drive consistency in service delivery and contribute to a cohesive "one company" experience across all offices.
