Job Responsibility

Fully own Adyen’s global indirect tax strategy / structure, incl. specific projects as part of Adyen’s indirect tax matters
Review our current indirect tax set-up and ensure it’s well structured for our continued growth and global expansion
Work closely with the regional tax managers in the regions on the global indirect tax strategy and in-depth indirect tax matters
Look after the indirect tax aspects of our (new) products
Implementing the outcome of your tax analysis
Review and sign-off on tax returns
Deal with tax audits
Always look for ways of optimizing processes and automating manual tasks
Interact with stakeholders across multiple functions and regions

Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy
To actively support other departments and act when assistance is needed
Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
Ensure communication procedures are effective and efficient on a day-to-day basis
Actively communicate positively and effective between the reception team and the housekeeping team
