  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues
  • Lead the end-to-end migration of accounting and finance processes from GCC countries to Hyderabad
  • Oversee transition planning, knowledge transfer, documentation, and stabilisation of migrated processes
  • Ensure minimal business disruption and maintain service continuity
  • Build strong relationships with GCC-based finance teams
  • Evaluate current resource structures and optimise staffing levels
