Job Description

Nonotuck Resources Associates is seeking a Shared Living Caregiver for a young man in his 20s who is working toward greater independence. He enjoys a structured weekday routine with staff support, activities centered around theater, dance and music, is athletic, takes long walks, enjoys swimming, has strong safety skills, and is motivated to build meaningful connections. The ideal match is someone closer in age and/or an energetic, positive individual who shares similar interests.

Job Responsibility

Planning and sharing daily meals and grocery shopping
coordinating transportation and attending appointments
supporting participation in community and social activities
assisting with budgeting and money management
medication management

Requirements

Provide a flexible and supportive environment where the individual they are supporting will feel safe, secure, and engaged
ideally someone closer in age and/or an energetic, positive individual who shares similar interests and is enthusiastic about inclusion
have ties to or be based in Southern Berkshire County
