Shared Lives Carer

Suzanne is a single female Carer with very many years experience of caring from her own home. She is open minded, warm hearted and fun loving. She supports one man long term who has a moderate learning disability. She has a quiet medium sized dog. Her home is a detached dormer bungalow on the main road into Brixham. She has a downstairs room with a single bed and en-suite walk-in shower, and an upstairs room with a double bed and en-suite bath. She likes to support people for short breaks and respite. She enjoys going out for meals, coffee and cakes, spa days, music events and going to Dartmoor or the seaside. She is keen to support someone who would like emotional support, opportunities to enjoy the local environment and home cooked meals. She has some issues with her knees and physical limitations but is happy to support with personal care.
