Job Description

The SFDC Vlocity Developer role involves aligning customer requirements with Vlocity functionality, performing development and testing within the Salesforce platform, and providing leadership and support to the project team.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and Align customer’s business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution
  • Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within the Salesforce Industries/Vlocity platform
  • Act as the main point of contact and escalation for daily service issues along with PM and be a primary point of contact for Stakeholders
  • Prepare/Review Test Scripts and Unit testing of changes
  • Provide training, support, and leadership to the larger project team
  • Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership
  • Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in developing custom business logic in APEX, Integration, LWC, Triggers, Apex Test Classes
  • 4+ years of experience in a Salesforce developer role with at least 2 of those in Vlocity development (Omnistudio)
  • Experience working in Service Cloud
  • 3 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques
