The SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant role at NTT DATA involves leading the implementation of the Employee Central module, ensuring optimized employee processes from hire to retire.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality
Configure and customize Employee Central Fields, Country Specific Fields, Foundation Data, Workflows, Position Management, Time Types, Leave Management MDF Objects, Rules, and other employee processes respecting RBP permissions
Design Global Process consolidating requirement with add on localization to global template based on Local Add on for multiple countries
Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Talent Modules, and external systems via Integration Solutions
Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization
Support Data migration, Integration requirement gathering, Integration Testing, SIT Cycles including Error reporting, Error remediation
Comply Translation requirements
Develop test cases and conduct UAT support
Deliver user training and post-go-live support
Requirements:
Experience Configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central ,Position Management, Contingent Worker Management, Mass Changes Functionality, Document generation, EC Reports with exposure to Advanced Reports
Experience to Packaged integration with Mini Master integration with SAP S4/HANA
Integration Experience for SF Modules-Compensation, Variable Pay, Recruiting , Onboarding 2.0 ,Succession Planning, Job Profile Builder
Understanding of Employee Hire to Retire processes
Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
4+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 2 full-cycle EC implementations
