The SF Data Migration Consultant role at NTT DATA involves managing data migration into SuccessFactors from legacy systems, particularly Workday. Job Responsibility:
Owning the data to be loaded into SuccessFactors from more than one legacy Data systems that includes any Data transformation
Data Responsibility of a SuccessFactors Multi Modular Implementation that includes understanding the data mapping into SuccessFactors system from Legacy system -Workday
Develop a detail migration plan along with multiple data load strategy
Work with Client team for Data Readiness- Data Accuracy, Completeness and Data Transformation Requisites
Data preload validations
Design, Examine Data load log including interdependencies between Master data objects and take corrective action on Data load errors to load the Data in SF for various phases of project
Audit of data comparing Legacy Data with Uploaded Data and Data in 2 SAP Systems-SuccessFactors and SAPS/4 HANA
Monitor data migration process to address potential issues and Risks. That includes Historical data migrations
Support any Data validation or audit procedures pertaining to Master Data upload including Data Privacy and Security measures
Training to Client Super users for future later loads including Job Aids and Training Materials working with Translators on Training Materials in English, Spanish and Malay
Support Data cutover for Production Go-Live
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Data migration Strategies for Employee data, Applicant Data, Position Data and Other data uploads for SuccessFactors that includes Historical Data uploads
Hands-on data migration experience for SuccessFactors implementations -specially from Workday legacy system that will be a great plus
Exposure to SF Integration Center and Business Configuration UI (BCUI),Picklist import Tool
Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT
3+ years of Data Migration experience with SuccessFactors
Nice to have:
Certification on Platform: SuccessFactors Reporting will be a plus
