Settlement Senior Officer

• Guaranty the proper execution of the transactions’ settlement, respecting the directives and procedures in force
• Guaranty the proper booking of various transactions link to onshore settlement activity and products such DVP/RVP or Bank portfolio.
• Download and dispatch various documents provided by the Fund Administrators.
• Participate to the oversight activity with the foreign teams
• Provide efficient, timely and precise responses to all inquiries raised by external/internal counterparties
• Manage repo and reverse-repo transactions to support treasury activity from the inception to the finalization and including collateral management
• Complete end of day controls.

• Commercial degree, CFC bancaire or equivalent. Ideally 2 years’ experience.
• Knowledge of the banking industry.
• Specific Financial knowledge : Securities Settlement, Funds Settlement, FX & Money Market and Derivatives
• Operations Knowledge
• Knowledge of English and French are requested. Any other language would be a plus.
• Analytical skills and well organized.
• Computer skills: Avaloq, Swift, MS Office.
• Good communication skills, team player and client oriented.
• Polyvalent and fast-learner : ability to quickly adapt to multiple tasks and evolving working situations
