Job Description:

Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, HSBC Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor staff’s output, timely and accurately approve settlement on foreign and local institutional customers’ onshore/offshore investments
Liaise with customers, customers’ trading counterparties, tax guarantors and regulators for trouble shooting and/or clarification of existing/new products
Timely and accurately complete daily tasks and regular / ad-hoc reports for internal / external customers
Provide feedback on staff performance to team members and managers
Propose changes according to observation during daily operations

Requirements:

Bachelor degree majored in Business related
Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
Strong and solid experience in Securities/Banking related area
Independent, proactive and positive working attitude
Good interpersonal skills with mature, pleasant personality
Detail oriented and capable to work under pressure
With a high-level customer service
CNC product knowledge, FINI related regulations, PC skill, SWIFT messages for settlement
License(prerequisite): 信託業管理人員 (Trust Level 3), 銀行內部控制與內部稽核測驗, 金融市場常識與職業道德
