Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Assemble and disassemble molds
Make adjustments and/or adjustments based on observed deviations
Perform visual and metrological quality checks at the start of each work order
Ensure proper operation in terms of productivity and quality
Respond to machine alarms and requests for intervention from operators or the quality department
Maintain the general condition of all equipment
Collect instructions from the previous team and ensure that instructions are properly passed on to the next adjuster

Requirements:

Vocational Diploma in Plastics Technology, or equivalent level acquired through professional experience
Knowledge of basic machine/mould maintenance
Experience with SUMITOMO, Arburg, Engel and Haitian presses, as well as Wittmann robots, desired
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Manual dexterity
Responsiveness
Organisational skills
Ability to work in a team
