Job Description:

Your main mission is to make the necessary adjustments to start production.

Job Responsibility:

Assemble and dismantle molds
Carry out adjustments and/or fine-tune according to deviations
Carry out production start-ups or restarts
Carry out visual and metrological quality checks at the start-up of each OF, as well as at shift changeover, as requested in the ranges
Complete the documents required at each start-up, during and at the end of production
Ensure correct operation in terms of productivity and quality
Respond to machine alarms and requests for intervention from operators or the quality department
Maintain the general condition of all equipment
Collect instructions from the previous team and ensure that they are passed on to the next setter
Respect waste sorting
Inform the Team Leader of any anomaly as soon as possible
Provide advice and explanations to operators on the operation of equipment

Requirements:

Vocational baccalaureate in plastics processing or equivalent level acquired through professional experience
Knowledge of 1st level machine/mold maintenance
Experience on Demag, Engel & Wittmann preferred
