Job Description:

Are you looking to use your real‑world event or spectator safety experience to inspire and train the next generation of safety stewards? Do you want to deliver impactful, hands‑on learning that prepares adults for work in exciting live event environments?

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering engaging and industry‑relevant training for the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Spectator Safety
  • Teaching specialist modules such as anti‑terrorism awareness, conflict management, stop and search, manual handling, and first‑aid responsiveness
  • Preparing learners for the two practical observations and assessments required for qualification achievement
  • Creating an inclusive adult learning environment and maintaining accurate learner progress and assessment records

Requirements:

  • A teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or higher) or a willingness to work towards one
  • Occupational experience in spectator safety, event safety, stewarding, or crowd management
  • Knowledge of conflict management, emergency procedures and relevant safety legislation
  • Confidence delivering practical and scenario‑based training
