Job Responsibility

  • Lead a team of 8-15 Facilities Coordinator professionals, mentoring and coaching employees to build technical competencies and leadership capabilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on project lessons learned and client feedback
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to facility management operations and work order triage
  • Communicate updates, escalate issues as needed, and ensure client satisfaction through proactive service delivery
  • Supervise Facility Coordinators in the initiation, prioritization, categorization, and logging of service requests within the work order system
  • Coordinate internal resources to address facility management needs across key delivery categories (hard services, soft services, specialty services, emergency requests)
  • Ensure all facility management activities adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field
  • Advanced English level proficiency
  • Minimum of 3 years in team leadership roles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail for data accuracy and document consistency
  • Experience with Customer Ticketing Systems

Nice to have

  • Experience with IFMS platforms including IBM Tririga or JLL Corrigo
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience in commercial real estate or facilities management industry
  • Knowledge of SLA management and escalation protocols
  • Background in process improvement methodologies
  • Experience with bundling and duplicate work order programs for cost avoidance initiatives
