Join our Digital Sales Operational Services team—where customer relationships, strategic thinking, and measurable results come together. We’re looking for a motivated Digital Sales / Account Manager to own renewal and growth opportunities across an assigned book of business, drive ‘Day One’ hardware attach sales, and partner with field teams and channel partners to close deals that maximize customer value and retention.
Job Responsibility:
Manage installed-base renewal opportunities and ensure on-time closures while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the HPE Operational Services portfolio
Sell Day One attach contracts in support of infrastructure solution sales
Execute account strategies and create account plans for medium- to high-complexity accounts
Generate and qualify leads
partner with field sales and channel partners to drive deals smoothly to close
Understand customer requirements and tailor competitive solutions that support retention and expansion
Build and maintain a reliable, data-driven sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (IT/Sales preferred)
3–5 years relevant sales or account management experience
Strong account management, retention, and development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Solid understanding of IT solutions and services and how they solve business challenges
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
Comfortable in either a “hunter” (new business) or “farmer” (relationship growth) selling approach depending on the role
