Job Description

Support après-vente pour les problèmes client.   • Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues
  • Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others
  • is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking
  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements
  • Explains information
  • developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field
  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in engineering field other technical area and 3 years in generator or turbine controls Or high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in in generator or turbine controls
  • Eligibility Requirements: The preferred work location for this role is Longmont, Co. However, a hybrid schedule work schedule will be considered for experienced candidates

Nice to have

  • Power generation experience
  • Experience with GE Control System products
  • Power Plant Controls Troubleshooting & Technical Support Experience
  • Experience working with global teams and previous global responsibilities
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, resolve effectively, and deliver results
  • Effective decision making skills that leads to long term customer & business success

  • Operation knowledge of GE Gas turbine and steam turbine
  • Knowledge on HMI software like Cimplicity will be added advantage
