Job Description:

This Services Intern role is a 13-month placement where you'll work primarily onsite with HPE's partner/customer office at Winnersh, Berkshire. The internship will focus on supporting HPE GreenLake Solution Architects, creating customer solutions, contributing to the company’s GreenLake portfolio websites, newsletters, and update meetings. You'll also be involved in financial governance, analyzing business data, and leading strategic programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working day-to-day with our HPE GreenLake Solution Architects, learning how we create HPE GreenLake proposals
  • creating simple solution proposals for customers in the UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa
  • amalgamating best practices and communicating these to the wider Business Unit
  • leading content creation for the GreenLake website, quarterly newsletter and host regular solution update meetings
  • working with our business operations team, to ensure customer orders are booked and issues are escalated and resolved quickly and efficiently
  • learning about financial governance and helping to track and report on business key performance indicators
  • helping to lead strategic programmes across the business, e.g., our sales incentive programme ONELead
  • analyzing business data and creating management reports

Requirements:

  • Potential interns must be in their 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement, and are expected to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 grade
  • you must be eligible to work in the UK and be available to commence the placement at the beginning of July 2026 for 13 months
  • you'll have self-motivation to work independently, be confident in your resourcefulness, but aware when you need to ask for help and guidance
  • you will have good time management and organizational skills while being structured in your approach
  • you'll be adaptable in handling new and evolving requirements, and comfortable working under tight timescales
  • be prepared to travel when necessary
  • show creativity in approaching projects and bold in asking questions
  • you'll have a degree background that demonstrates business, finance, and analytical skills
  • exceptional written, visual and oral communication skills and comfortable talking to people of all seniority levels
  • team-oriented and collaborative mindset
