Job Description:

13-month placement internship in HPE's Services business units, working across Hybrid Solutions and Advisory & Professional Services. The role involves developing outcome-based solutions for customers across HPE GreenLake, Advisory & Professional Services and Managed Services portfolio, with opportunities in both solution architecture and business operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working day-to-day with HPE GreenLake Solution Architects to learn how to create HPE GreenLake proposals
  • Creating simple solution proposals for customers in UK, Ireland, Middle East and Africa
  • Amalgamating best practices and communicating these to wider Business Unit
  • Leading content creation for GreenLake website, quarterly newsletter and host regular solution update meetings
  • Working with business operations team to ensure customer orders are booked and issues escalated/resolved
  • Learning about financial governance and helping track/report on business key performance indicators
  • Helping lead strategic programmes across the business
  • Analysing business data and creating management reports

Requirements:

  • Must be in 2nd year of a four-year degree which requires (or has an option for) 3rd year to be a one year's industrial placement
  • Expected to achieve minimum of a 2:1 grade
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Available to commence placement at beginning of July 2026 for 13 months
  • Self-motivation to work independently
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptable in handling new and evolving requirements
  • Comfortable working under tight timescales
  • Prepared to travel when necessary
  • Degree background that demonstrates business, finance, and analytical skills

  • Stock shared office supplies (e.g., pens, paper, notepads) in common areas
  • Ensure that the bistro, kitchen, and indoor rest bathrooms are well-stocked, clean, and organized
  • ensure that kitchens and bistros have sufficient inventory, clean the coffee machines
  • Load and unload the dishwasher as needed
  • Monitor waste and recycling in the kitchen and common areas, removing them when full
  • Notify the office manager or building services of low supplies, installation issues, or plumbing or maintenance problems
